Jakob's Law

Users spend most of their time on other sites. This means that users prefer your site to work the same way as all the other sites they already know.

Since users spend most of their time elsewhere on the Interwebs, we did the research to study and collect insights on what other big players of the industry were communicating their culture and expertise.

Coming Full Circle

Our team received some impactful internal feedback we were able to comb through and incorporate thoughtfully back into our site. This really helped us get our site on track for representing our company culture more closely.
